2.How can I place an order online?
Click on the item you wish to purchase, select quantity then click "add to cart ". You can add additional items or proceed to 'checkout'.

3.Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?
Yes, we will ship our merchandise worldwide by international express mail, and it usually takes about 5-7 days for delivery.

4.How can I track my parcel online?
The tracking number will be sent to you by email once the items have been shipped in 2 days. The shipping information of the items is traceable online.

5.What kind of currency do you accept?
At present, we accept GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, CAD Currency.

6.How can I pay online?
There are currently four ways to pay. Customers can finish online payment with credit card or debit card. If customers don't have credit cards available, or need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend three kinds of payment: Credit Card, Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank wire T/T.

7.Will I get an order confirmation?
We will send you an email to comfirm after you order is placed immediately.

8.When will my products be delivered?
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking number via e-mail. You can track your parcel status in 2-3 days online with the tracking number we offer. Usually you can receive your parcel in 5-7 working days.

9.What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 18pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect our parcel personally.

10. Will you accept return?
Returns & Exchanges are allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the wrong items sent by mistake. Items must be returned within 3 days upon the receipt.
Please contact us first to receive our agreement.

11. When will my Credit card be refunded?
Once you have sent us your return, we will refund your money in 2-3 days. It will be processed by CC bank about 1 month, you money will back to your CC in about one month.

12. What if my package is damaged?
If the merchandise that you received is damaged, you have 48 hours from the receipt of your package to notify us. Please send us email to discuss your damaged merchandise with a customer service representative.
